Privacy Policy
Every order for Viracor placed on this site starts with two pieces of information and stops there: the name you type in and the number we call you back on. We never ask for an identity card, anything to do with your health, or card details, because nothing is paid until the courier is standing in front of you. This page sets out plainly what happens to the little we do collect.
What we collect
- Your name — so the consultant knows who to ask for when the phone is answered.
- Your phone number — the only way we have of confirming an order.
- The delivery address — spoken during the confirmation call, not typed into the site, and passed to the courier alone.
- Basic visit data — the pages opened and the browser used, collected in aggregate so we can see which parts of the site are unclear.
Why we need it
The name and number exist for one reason: to reach you, confirm what you have ordered and agree where the parcel goes. The same details travel with the consignment so the courier can call before arriving. We do not build profiles, we do not score customers, and we do not decide anything about you automatically.
Who sees it
Two groups of people, and no one else. The consultant who calls you, and the courier who delivers the pack. Nothing is sold, rented, swapped or handed to advertisers or data brokers. If a technical supplier — the company hosting this site, for instance — ever touches the data in passing, they work to written instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
How long it stays
An order that goes ahead is kept for as long as we need it for accounting and for answering a later question about that delivery. An order that is cancelled, or a call that never connected, is cleared out once it is obvious the parcel is not going anywhere. Nothing sits in our records indefinitely because it might be useful one day.
How it is protected
The connection to this site is encrypted, access to order records is limited to the staff who actually process them, and each person can see only what their job requires. We keep the amount of information small on purpose — the safest data is the data nobody collected.
What you can ask for
Write to us and you can ask what we hold about you, have a mistake corrected, or have your details deleted altogether. If you would rather not be called again, say so and the number comes off the list the same day. Requests reach us at [email protected] and we answer round the clock, weekends included.
Changes to this page
If the way we handle orders changes, this page changes with it and the new version replaces the old one here. The rule underneath it does not move: we ask for the minimum, we use it only to get your parcel to you, and we delete it when it has served that purpose.
