Contacts
Viracor is sold through this site and nowhere else, so this page is the whole of our contact list — one email address and the order form, both watched around the clock. Whether you want to check the four ingredients before ordering, ask where a parcel has got to, or tell us something went wrong with a delivery, write in and a real person answers. There are no opening hours to work around.
Write to [email protected]. It is read at every hour of the day, weekends and holidays included, and most messages are answered within a few hours. Put your phone number in the message if your question is about an order already placed — it lets us find the consignment straight away instead of asking you for it.
The fastest way: the form on the site
For anything to do with buying, the order form on the main page beats email every time. Leave a name and a number, and a consultant calls you back to go through the quantity, the price and the address out loud. You confirm everything in that call, and you pay the courier in cash when the sealed pack arrives — no card details at any stage.
What to write to us about
- Questions about the formula, the serving or how long one pack lasts.
- The status of an order already confirmed by phone.
- A parcel that arrived damaged, incomplete or unsealed.
- Removing your number from our list, or having your details deleted.
- Anything that looks like the product being resold somewhere it should not be.
What we cannot do by email
We are the seller, not a clinic. Nobody here can tell you whether the supplement suits your particular situation, review your prescriptions or comment on symptoms — questions like that belong with a qualified professional who knows your history. What we can do is tell you exactly what is in the pack and how it is meant to be taken.
Before you write
Many answers are already on the site: the four actives with their amounts, the serving, the length of a course, delivery times and the price are all set out on the main page. If what you need is not there, that is worth telling us too — it usually means the page needs fixing.
